We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Ultra High Net Worth Segment Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Take part in regional and global workstreams and projects around the development and implementation of Ultra High Net Worth client driven proposition and servicing model for Ultra High Net Worth segment
- Undertake detailed and insightful analysis based on market insights, trends, wallet share and HSBC in-house intelligence
- Facilitate and support senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback
- Work alongside line manager and Ultra High Net Worth Desk Heads and RMs and coordinate across teams within Global Private Banking, with other lines of business and with other functions, such as Operations, Collaboration, Client Lifecycle Management, Communications, Marketing
- Assist the transformation of Ultra High Net Worth client journey to continually improve client experience and drive operating efficiencies to enable business growth
- Maintain good working relationships with second and third lines of defence by ensuring Ultra High Net Worth propositions comply with internal and external standards
To be successful you will need
- Project management skills with deep understanding of project lifecycle
- Good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication and effective progress updates to keep management apprised of project status
- Excellent analytical skills, with ability to structure problems and find solutions
- Must be comfortable with extensive use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and work within tight deadlines to ensure a complete and accurate flow of information between stakeholders
- Mature and independent, able to work with little supervision
- Knowledge of investment banking and private banking products and propositions an advantage
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
