With dedicated GPS Sales and Client management team providing local support and advice in over 60 countries and territories, HSBC GPS helps customers to well manage their Global Liquidity and Cash management.

Job content

  1. Plan and manage technical implementation for corporate clients in Taiwan. To actively deliver and manage the systems integration aspects in terms of our e-channel solution for corporate customers.
  2. Handle customers’ enquiries on e-channel solution, reconciliation and reporting conducting joint presentations with Sales and Relationship Managers on client calls to provide expertise from integration and technical implementation standpoint.
  3. Support pre-sales technical consultancy, gather and manage clients’ complex requirements to assist Sales in sales engagements and provide feedback to Product Managers on solution gaps for further development.
  4. Ensure that solutions are delivered professionally and timely, as well as ensure technical Implementation processes are efficient and effective to differentiate HSBC from the competition with a view to maximizing cash management revenue.
  5. Provide post technical implementation support and drive HSBC’s cash management integration capability and product offering.
  6. Last but not least, you will participate in Product Initiatives and activities in Product Lifecycle, such as product commercialization.

Qualifications

  1. With IT degree and executive experiences in IT solution consultancy and/or cash management will be required.
  2. Hands-on skills and experience in IT security, ERP/TMS integration coupled with extensive project management experience are preferred.
  3. A team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
  4. Sound and updated working knowledge of Information Technology, application integration, networks (TCP/IP), security and operating systems are required.
  5. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver an enhanced experience to our customers.
  6. Experience of working with FinTech partners is an advantage.
