As a Training and Capability Coach, Wealth, your deep expertise in wealth management will be critical to your success. This role is not just about training – it’s about using your firsthand knowledge of wealth to upskill and empower our frontline teams, ensuring they have the confidence and capability to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
You will be responsible for designing, delivering and coordinating innovative training programs that translate your wealth experience into practical, high-impact learning.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Facilitating delivery of IWPB Channels Training and Capability programs either face to face or virtual delivery.
- Contributing to Instructional Design of Training and Capability programs as required.
- Aligning to IWPBs global and local capability journey, the role is responsible for contributing towards WPBs continuous improvement in the design, implementation and coordination of capability and training requirements.
- Evaluating content design to ensure it complies with regulatory requirements, including HSBC policies and other fiduciary and compliance obligations.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to any upcoming training requirements and partnering with Subject Matter Experts for best practice learning solutions.
- Collaborating with Training and Capability team members to share best practice ideas and recommendations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services, specifically in wealth management environments, with demonstrated capability in wealth products and solutions.
- RG 146 compliance with current and maintained CPD Points.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, along with an applicable finance qualification.
- Ability to design and facilitate senior-level learning programs within a complex, multi-layered organisation.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee, prioritise and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and drive capability uplift across teams.
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
