Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate and initiate partnership across Product teams with emphasis on the core products group such as MSS, GPS, GTS to maximize our strong product breadth and depth in product delivery
· Optimize MI platforms to identify revenue opportunities by analyzing customers transacting behaviors and pattern in their business operations
· Support leadership strategy and communications, provision of strategic communications on client coverage strategy, and production of management briefings as required
· Manage the growth and development of the loan book in a controlled manner, taking into account forward – looking scenario.
· To design & implement credit and lending strategies that drive an effective credit portfolio, optimize capital growth, and enhance RWA efficiency through strategic balance sheet and capital management initiatives.
· Manage large transaction pipeline review and conduct a commercial review of facility structures with effective risk and portfolio management.
· Protect the bank from potential losses across segments by implementing an effective WWM process
· Alignment with coverage, engage and coordinate with GCOO and other support functions (HR, Finance, Risk, and Marketing) to ensure alignment and effective implementation of coverage strategies as well as active portfolio management
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Strategic awareness and commercial acumen, with broad global/large corporate banking and relationship management experience
· Highly developed management skills, with experience in managing a wide range of projects
· Ability to influence and navigate in a matrix organization
· Highly developed communication and influencing skills set
· Experience of managing resources to achieve objectives using appropriate communication, delegation, and planning skills
· Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining budgets, time scales, and quality of output
· A sound knowledge of various aspects of a Corporate and Institutional Banking business
· An ability to appreciate the application of technology in relation to operations
· Good understanding of various risk management frameworks (financial and non-financial)
