• The jobholder is responsible for management of IT project align with group & local procedures.
• The jobholder is the key player to deliver the required product/service or result within scope, on time and within budget.
• He/She is accountable for the decisions that will effect time, budget and scope within his/her jurisdiction and understand both the business objectives, system requirements and the IT team contribution for their assigned projects.
• The jobholder also reviews and ensures compliance of the processes / activities managed under his/her responsibility with local project management process requirements
• The role extends in understanding business requirements, business models and operating models and designing leading class solutions/options whilst ensuring optimum strategic alignment, ability to deliver and benefits realization
Qualifications
• 4 years University Degree
• Good Verbal and Written skills (Turkish & English)
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Have an excellent knowledge of the project lifecycle, tools and methodologies
• A good knowledge of all stages of the application development process, from specification & design, development & testing, through to implementation, and training
• Clear understanding of banking regulations and procedures related with his/her responsibilities areas
• Having knowledge on financial products, services and regulations
• Understand the global strategies of the Group (business and IT)
• Good knowledge of risk management
• At least 5 years experience in project management role to facilitate working with IT teams
• Proven ability to manage small to medium sized teams
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong risk awareness – identification, mitigation and control
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Self motivation and initiative
• Leadership and management ability
• Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution
