We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Agile Delivery Lead.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of multiple complex customer experience enhancement and initiatives from design through to release
  • Work directly with multiple stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Process Designers, engineers and architects to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
  • Empower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvement
  • Define Agile working approach and enforce all team members to follow a consistent Scaled Agile methodology across the business and IT
  • Ensure awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communications on the initiative status throughout its lifecycle
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team
  • Act as Scrum Master across multiple teams, ensuring agile methodologies are embedded
  • Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
  • Supporting the delivery production line such as development, testing and implementation and ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers
  • Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
  • Report against deliverables using JIRA/Confluence and clarity tools
  • Present to senior stakeholders on programme status, risks and issues and path to green
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Agile Delivery methods
  • Experience in Agile Project methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Desired Relevant Agile Certifications such as SAFe, Certified Scrum Master or Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Experience within retail banking and/or wholesale banking
  • Understanding of different analysis options and development of implementable solutions
  • Ability to articulate or translate complex information through clear and meaningful and structured way
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • Able to work across a broad spectrum of stakeholder across both the business and DBS
  • Proven skills on reporting and showcasing programme status to senior stakeholders
  • Proven skills to lead teams and motivate others to achieve objectives
  • Highly adaptable and ability to approach things differently in order to achieve goals
