Department-CTO Infrastructure

In this role, you will

  • Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Coach teams on continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization.
  • Analyze team performance metrics (e.g., from Jira) and provide actionable insights to drive delivery excellence.
  • Manage the change board, ensuring all proposed changes are reviewed, prioritized, and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate major projects, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices and organizational goals.
  • Identify and address process gaps, impediments, and blockers to support smooth project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication across teams.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members and new Agile practitioners.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align Agile initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

  • Champion Agile best practices, enabling teams to deliver value faster and with higher quality.
  • Mentor and coach engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to improve collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team performance, increasing productivity and morale.
  • Align Agile processes with business objectives, ensuring engineering efforts support strategic goals.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and knowledge sharing, reducing silos and duplication of effort.
  • Hiring a Senior Agile Lead will result in more predictable delivery, improved stakeholder satisfaction, and a culture of innovation and adaptability—key factors for our long-term success.
