We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Corporate Services.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop customer base and establish long term relationships with an assigned pension clientele portfolio
  • Achieve financial objectives by maintaining and growing the customer portfolio through customer satisfaction, new business acquisition and product penetration
  • Provide professional customer service to corporate pension customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Provide customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement
  • Support ad-hoc business initiatives and projects as required
Requirements
  • University degree holder or equivalent
  • SFC & MPF license holder
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in pension customer service or business development
  • Good knowledge on MPF/ORSO regulation is preferable
  • Good understanding of the MPF and ORSO industry
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in personal computer skills including English and Chinese Words processing, Excel, Words, PowerPoint skill etc
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
