The department deals with Fraud Detection, Prevention and Mitigation and constantly works towards combating financial fraud and protecting the Bank and our customers from losses. The team supports most of the global businesses across all regions of the group.

The Opportunity:

  • The role holder should have a robust understanding of Fraud Operations to ensure the delivery of training and accreditation solutions that are aligned to the Global Technical Training Approach and Methodology.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop and deliver effective and engaging training solutions that meet the needs of the Business, covering both on boarding and BAU training.

  • Analyse global training requirements for the Business Service and assess the outcome of training to ensure that business performance objectives are achieved and staff are competent to perform their job.

  • Deliver training project tasks in accordance with the agreed Technical Training and Competency plans.

  • Support the introduction of new technology and workflows into the Business Service through the development of training programmes and materials.

  • Work with Risk and Ops teams to build and deliver training content that helps address the objectives of reducing operator errors and improving customer experience.

  • Conduct training needs analysis and deliver content accordingly.

  • Ensure that training solutions promote service and quality

  • Maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders and the Training Community.

  • Provide regular updates to the Training Lead and the Business Service Management Team.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Training or coaching experience in an operations environment.

  • Knowledge and experience of working in operational teams with an ability to add value to training through the effective use of personal experiences and narrative, in accordance with the Training Approach and Methodology.

  • Deep understanding and experience of Fraud Operations.

  • Ability to create content that is simple and yet effective and fit for purpose.

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively in line with business priorities.

  • Knowledge of Fraud Operations (Essential)

  • Reporting and MS Office skills (Essential).

  • All applicants must have completed 24 months in their current role.

  • Employees must meet performance and behavioural standards as defined in the policy

  • Applicant should not be on a corrective action plan/ disciplinary action in the last 6 months or any other performance action as on the date of application.
