Retail Distribution – Mortgage Relationship Management

Principal responsibilities

  • Grow the Bank’s mortgage business by supporting the end-to-end mortgage process and application generated from branch, mortgage direct sales and digital channels
  • Communicate closely and timely with frontline sales teams on mortgage approval status and deliver an efficient end-to-end processing turnaround  
  • Work closely with internal and external mortgage business stakeholders and customers to ensure mortgage documents are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements as well as service level agreement
  • Provide privilege mortgage solutions and services to customers and sustain conversion ratio. Identify customer other banking needs such as new accounts, wealth and other financial needs
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge in mortgage products, property market, mortgage processing workflow and credit approval requirements
  • Able to work independently and form collaboration with frontline sales teams, credit approval teams and other internal departments
  • Competent communication, interpersonal and customer-interaction skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and customer-orientation  in delivering a seamless mortgage application journey
