We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate, Customer Acquisition.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Support Business Banking Portfolio-Managed Team to drive business banking portfolio strategy, contribute to the growth of Business Banking’s Portfolio Managed segment through driving sustainable revenue while ensuring delivery of best-in-class customer service and full compliance with regulatory requirement
- Support on strategy execution to identify and capture business opportunities alongside with Contact Centre and Business Banking Centre teams, and ensure quality of works delivered
- Prepare new account acquisition reports for source management, regulatory reporting, monitor customer onboarding risk and quality dashboards, and report any irregularities in a timely manner
- Make recommendations to improve or streamline current practices to improve customer experience and team productivity
- Work closely with functions including Customer Relations, Portfolio Business Development, Business Management Teams in Business Banking, as well as other functions such as Chief Operating Office, Marketing, Regulatory Compliance, Legal and product partners including but not limited to Global Payment Solution, Investment and Insurance, etc. to drive income growth and improve customer experience
To be successful you will need
- University graduate with banking experience, preferably with exposure in Commercial Banking, Business Centre or Contact Centre
- Good understanding of commercial account opening process and related risk
- Effective communication, interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Being proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is an advantage
