Department: - Wholesale IT
In this role, you will:
• Candidate should have experience in managing teams across various stages of testing (unit testing, system testing, integrated testing, user acceptance testing, NFR testing)
• Candidate should have experience working in the payments domain
• Candidate should have good knowledge of payments and clearings in at least key markets of US, UK, HK, FR
• Candidate should have good experience in automation testing using various automation tools along with functional understanding of payments
• Candidate should be proficient in core Java, Python or VB scripting
• Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of integrating Automation scripts using CICD pipelines such as Jenkins
• Candidate should be proficient in scripting for automation of manual tests and having very good logic and reasoning
• Candidate should have working knowledge of SQL 
• Candidate should have good communication skills 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the Payments domain. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams
• The Candidate should have worked in in a Payments application or environment previously
• The candidate should have good understanding of Payments, Clearing Systems, Wire Transactions and Accounting
• The candidate should have experience in analyzing BRD and writing test scenarios
• The candidate should have the ability to conduct testing walkthroughs and work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders (Business, Technology BA, Operations, Development,). 
• End-to-end payment flow understanding
What additional skills will be good to have?
• A Techno-Functional experience 
• Experience of working in a POD structure using Agile methodology
• Experience of working in Jira and Confluence
