What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team through technological transformation and team development.

  • Enhance and optimise operational processes.

  • Provide thought leadership.

  • Partner with HR Workforce Strategy and Insights teams as a trusted advisor.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and strategies.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality services.

  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with best practices.

Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in data insights, reporting, and analytics.

  • Experience managing global and diverse teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Solid understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and performance optimisation.

  • Experience in designing, developing, and optimising data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Prophecy.

  • Proficiency in delivering business insights using PowerBI.

  • Preferably experience working with Anaplan.

  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
