We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Associate - FX Operations
The purpose of this role is to build relationships with strategic clients and provide front to back support for the FX Cash and the MM business. You will be a key contact within Front Office and have engagement with the London Operations teams, across global locations. Ther role will cover CASS responsibilities, control oversight and client experience.

In this role you will:
• Provide oversight of the end-to-end trade life cycle management across locations with continual focus on excellent and optimal service to internal and external clients.
• Continually analyse workflows, issue tracking and trend analysis of errors / exceptions and provide process improvement recommendations and ensure oversight and accurate reporting of trades and confirmation breaches to stakeholders and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Allow early error discovery and potential to improve the FX risk profile.
• Provide a holistic view of the trade life cycle process when required by internal and external audit and control teams whilst ensuring effective communication and early escalation of client issues.
• Review and validate department’s operational losses/complaints and implement process changes where appropriate
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
• Strong knowledge of FX, Cash and/or Markets products with exposure to working within operations and being cleint facing is essential
• Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and oral with an exceptional awaremess of client needs and a desire to deliver excellence in customer service.
• Self motivated team player that is willing to contribute to the success of the busniess objectives, someone who shows initiative and a positive attitude to change.
• Ideally candidates will have some understanding of settlements and/or bonds with good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks / priorities / projects.
• Ability to think creatively, solve problems, promote solutions and identify opportunites to improve existing processes and controls
