The Role
As an Associate you will support the day-to-day banking needs of a defined portfolio of international clients with global structures and reach across tech and life sciences sectors. You will oversee onboarding, maintain client records in line with KYC and AML requirements, and act as a central point of contact for account servicing. You will also coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure clients receive a consistent and responsive service.
The Team You Will Work With
You will work within the UK Relationship Banking team, alongside Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders across compliance, credit, onboarding, operations, and product. The client base includes venture-backed start-ups, scale-ups, and established corporates. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring strong coordination and service delivery.

Ensure smooth onboarding and account set-up for new clients
Keep KYC and AML records accurate and up to date
Respond promptly to client queries around payments, access, and account activity
Identify and escalate risks or delays early
Support internal processes that help clients stay compliant and connected to the right services
Improve turnaround times and reduce errors across daily operations
The Experience You Will Need
Experience working with business clients in a banking or financial services environment
Hands-on experience with onboarding and managing client documentation
Strong working knowledge of KYC and AML procedures
Familiarity with business banking products such as payments, cash management, and online banking
Proven ability to manage multiple client requests and internal workflows under pressure
Clear communication skills and confidence working across teams
Where you’ll be based:
Our home office in Finsbury Square, London. We offer hybrid working to our employees, so you can flex between home and the office, with a current requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.
