In this role you will:
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to manage client portfolio and optimize the current and potential value of our customer base.
  • Manage diverse client portfolio, optimizing current value while identifying future growth opportunities to drive long-term revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy ensuring all activities comply with established strategy and policy. 
  • Provide a consistent relationship management approach and handle high quality service, timely resolution of complaints and informed decision making.
  • Promote an inclusive environment that supports diversity and truly reflects the HSBC brand.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria: 
  • At least 3 years of branch banking experience 
  • Proven record of delivering creative and flexible solutions for clients in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.  
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all output
  • A comprehensive knowledge of investments is preferred.
