In this role you will:
- Partner with Relationship Managers to manage client portfolio and optimize the current and potential value of our customer base.
- Manage diverse client portfolio, optimizing current value while identifying future growth opportunities to drive long-term revenue.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy ensuring all activities comply with established strategy and policy.
- Provide a consistent relationship management approach and handle high quality service, timely resolution of complaints and informed decision making.
- Promote an inclusive environment that supports diversity and truly reflects the HSBC brand.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 years of branch banking experience
- Proven record of delivering creative and flexible solutions for clients in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all output
- A comprehensive knowledge of investments is preferred.
