The opportunity: Banking Country Coverage Analyst - Italy
Being part of HSBC in Italy, you’ll help evolve and grow our business.
What you will do:
As an Analyst, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your fundamentals of Banking including financial modelling, accounting, credit analysis and customer due diligence.
You will have full exposure to the broad HSBC products offering and will support senior bankers in the origination and execution of Loans and Debt Capital Markets transactions, leverage finance, acquisition financing, cash management, trade finance, treasury services, FX and derivatives in Italy and abroad.
In this role you will:
• Be responsible for pitch books/marketing materials preparation.
• Be reviewing financial statements and performing credit analysis.
• Work on Capital structure modelling, and do Industry analysis
• Do Client due diligence.
You should apply if you have:
• Strong academic background.
• Fluency as well strong business and commercial knowledge of Italian and English languages.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude, eager to take on responsibilities and able to work well in an international high performance team.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Stress resilient and able to shift quickly between different responsibilities.
• MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
