Retail Distribution 

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 260 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our Retail Distribution as Branch Service Manager I

  • Support the excellent service delivery and ensure remarkable customer experience. To handle customer enquiries required in bank hall to improve branch queuing time for maximizing customer satisfaction and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Provide quality counter services and perform operational activities at the branch according to the established procedures and the Bank’s standards, and assist the branch in achieving sales targets through referrals or cross-selling.
  • Proactively identify and digitize banking services and solutions and participate in programs / campaigns to strengthen digital customer services and experiences.
  • Provide non-cash transaction, support administration and operational activities to the branch / department, according to the established procedures and the Bank’s standards, and assist the branch in achieving the sales targets through referrals or cross-selling.
Requirements

·         Associate degree / Higher diploma holder; or HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics) plus relevant work experience;

·         Completion of Br Opt Trainee Prg (Phase I & II) or equivalent training

·         Strong service orientation with good interpersonal and communication skills

·         Self-motivated, attentive to detail, eager to learn with positive attitude

·         Keen interest in latest mobile and web technologies and trends

·         Strong level of customer centricity with change mind-set to cope with the on-going business transformation

·         Proficient in both English and Chinese, with ability to communicate in Putonghua an advantage

·         High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
