Role Title : Real Estate Business Analyst

The Private Asset Product Delivery - Yardi Investment Accounting role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and assisting with the daily operations and administration of Yardi systems, ensuring smooth Yardi Investment Accounting processes, user support, and system integrity.

Core Responsibilities

·       Provide first-level support for Yardi Investment Accounting modules.

·       Perform basic troubleshooting for user queries, coordinating with senior administrators or IT as needed for escalated issues.

·       Document and update procedures, user guides, and IT tickets to ensure accurate records for audit and training purposes.

·       Support data imports, extracts, and reporting for Investment Accounting, including ETL tasks under supervision.

·       Maintain up-to-date property, fund, and other static data records, ensuring consistency and completeness.

·       Requirements gathering for process improvement and custom report development.

·       Monitor systems for alerts or issues and escalate as appropriate to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·       1–2 years of experience in a Yardi help desk or junior Yardi systems administrator role

·       Exposure to Yardi Voyager.

·       Knowledge of basic Investment Accounting processes.

·       Analytical skills for reviewing data integrity and investigating errors or discrepancies.

·       Strong communication and documentation skills to support users and team processes.

·       Eliciting business requirements for process improvement and custom report development.

Desirable Qualifications and Growth Areas

·       Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and/or custom Yardi reporting tools is a plus.

·       Interest in learning more advanced administrative skills such as testing upgrades, workflow configuration, or supporting integration with other platforms.

Willingness to participate in end-user training, cross-team projects, and compliance activities
