We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

 

In this role, you will:

l  Identify skill based learning interventions though consultation and communication with the frontline staff

l  Design and deliver the deployment of learning activities at all different levels

l  Act as the key controller of frontline training calendar and ensure relationships with internal and external counterparties to make sure the training efficiency and effectiveness

l  Support the communication, education and execution of all levels of learning and development activities.

l  Assist in the preparation of relevant data and analytics for management analysis purposes

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

l  Bachelor Degree and above with Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of Learning and Coaching

l  Excellent training and coaching capabilities, experience in WPB frontline is a plus

l  Independent team-worker, mature and agile in behavior and mind-set

l  Good communication and relationship management skills

l  Proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timelines

l  Experience producing reporting and management information

l  Demonstrate strong alignment with HSBC values and embedding the values in day to day behaviors and decision making

l  Good command of English
