We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business and Intermediary Relations Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

The Business and Intermediary Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with intermediaries, ensuring that they receive exceptional support and resources. This role will focus on enhancing the intermediaries' experience and driving engagement to align with organizational objectives.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential intermediaries to promote a high level of partnership engagement
  • Address intermediary queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet AOP target by implementing tactics in the reducing of rejection rate, uplifting and improving customer experience, to accomplish KPIs as a result to contribute to meet the department business goals
  • Development of leads generation programs to enhance sales effectiveness across channels
  • Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support intermediaries, ensuring they have the tools necessary for success
  • Organize onboarding processes for new intermediaries and conduct ongoing training sessions to promote product knowledge
  • This role will support Pensions on ad hoc projects
  • Monitor intermediary performance and satisfaction metrics, analysing feedback to drive improvements in service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Head or Senior Manager to implement initiatives that enhance the overall intermediary experience
  • To support Pensions sales management including planning and analysis on portfolio, quality of new business and overall control on MI reports
  • Planning and reporting on sales initiatives / projects, in particular for digital channels. Review/tracking the effectiveness through activity level and conversion rate analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that could inform strategic decisions related to intermediary development
  • Stay informed of industry developments to proactively engage with intermediaries on emerging needs and preferences
  • To identify patterns, trends, and insights from data, translating them into actionable strategies, and guiding business decisions based on data-driven insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Education Level
  • 5+ years' experience in related roles pertaining to Pensions and Intermediaries management
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Ability to analyse performance data and generate actionable insights
  • Empathetic and approachable, able to build trust with intermediaries
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
