The Opportunity:

Join us as a technical leader in full stack development, driving robust, secure, and scalable solutions in a global, Agile environment. You’ll collaborate across teams, lead CI/CD cycles, mentor engineers, and shape architecture. Bring your expertise in Python, JavaScript, cloud platforms, containers, databases, and automation to deliver innovative products and engineering excellence.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Technical leader of Full stack development with business analysis mindset and capability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and global teams to deliver new features and products with reliability and timeliness.
  • Lead Agile and DevOps-driven development cycles, including planning, coding, testing, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD).
  • Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence and best practices.

  • Drive architectural decisions, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in backend development in one or more programming languages, e.g., Python (preferred), Java.
  • Solid expertise in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of architectural patterns for scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience in cloud-native environments.
  • Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficient in SQL/NoSQL database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis) with a focus on query performance, indexing and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of observability (metrics, logs, and traces) and corresponding tools/frameworks, e.g., Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting (Ansible, Terraform) for operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • CKAD

  • Solid application low level architects experience
