·    Job content:

Credit card dispute and chargeback cases handling, for overall cases insight and monitoring.

Control dispute cases status and analyze report to make sure daily progress on time.

To communicate with card scheme if any suspicious question needs to figure out.

The ability to deploy human resources is required to match the workload of the cases.

Join call if any complaint case occurred and provide the dispute handling detail logically if needed.

Contact card scheme and keep updating new information to team.

Qualifications

·    Bachelor degree or above, major in Business relevant field.

·    With years relevant experience in credit card dispute and charge back experience related.

·    Internal Control License (內控執照) is required.

·    Familiar with MS-Office, especially for Excel.

·    Solid analytical and risk awareness sense and skills will be better.

·    Able to work independently, under pressure.

·    Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and rapid learning capability.

·    Good communication and provide excellent customer services to customers/colleagues with professional and delivered and   performed efficiently and professionally in the bank.

·   Need be able to take job rotation within department.

·    Highly motivated with a positive and pro-active attitude, to get jobs done efficiently and effectively.

·    Good English skill both in writing and speaking.
