We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Change Agent.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Elicit, analyse, document, and validate complex business requirements from stakeholders (Operations, Product team, Risk, IT)
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements by creation of Features, Epics and writing user stories specifically for the Avaloq Platform (customization, configuration, parametrization) and analyse feasibility and impact changes within the Avaloq ecosystem and collaborate with IT team and vendors on Avaloq configuration and customization
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, investment advisors, and operations teams to improve service delivery and work closely with business stakeholders to design solutions that align with customer needs
  • Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops to generate and prototype innovative solutions that address customer needs and business challenges
  • Develop documentation for business processes (i.e. current and future business process), system workflows, and user guidelines and various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g., Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints, training document, user manual and communication)
  • Support the business owner to prioritise product backlog by providing insight based on business knowledge, investigations, and analysis
  • Responsible for investigating operational issues, and new opportunities to boost efficiency Provide initial high-level options for solution design, factoring feasibility (commercial, business, technical, delivery, etc.) and business / change impact as well as ensure risks and issues are identified and addressing blockers proactively, and actively participating in governance forums for informed decision-making
  • Work directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, technology, and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Knowledge of Wealth Management, Private Banking and related business flows and project delivery experience will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in gathering business requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
  • Experience with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and private banking applications
  • Good to have knowledge of Avaloq, Temenos, or other private banking platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hand-on expertise with JIRA and Confluence for Agile project tracking and reporting
