We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Change Management Lead.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving key enhancements and changes to the TMO processes and tools when needs arise. In addition, this will be extended to proposing changes to interlocking systems/ tools owned by other parties such as PCCW eMPF platform, SSv Channel Systems, iQube, Qtrack and others. The Change Management Lead will work with key stakeholders of these systems to facilitate change requests and deliver the changes to completion.
The Change Management Lead will report to the Vendor and Change Management Lead and will work closely with the TPEM and Change Manager Support Manager to monitor TMO’s processes and usage of tools to develop a roadmap of potential changes to be requested to various parties. These changes will then be documented as requirements and raised in relevant governance forums to be considered for future enhancements. This will involve elements of frequent liaison with partners to review feasibility and share ideas.
- Work closely with the Vendor and Change Management Lead, TPEM and other involved parties to monitor and communicate areas for improvement in TMO processes, tools and ways of working
- Create and maintain a roadmap of changes proposed by the TMO across their handling processes and tools
- Drive the change management process both internally and with external parties are required (e.g. PCCW), facilitating business requirements elicitation and build including testing
- Work closely with the Vendor and Change Management Lead to share resourcing and budget requirements
Key drivers of system and procedures change to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of operation, and compliance with regulations and policies
To be successful you will need
- University Degree Holder
- Solid working experience, preferably within the areas of pension funds, ORSO and MPF and willing to change and be proactive to drive change
- Strong leadership skill, project management skill and good communication skills, including excellent written and spoken Chinese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate staff
- Analytical to enhance system and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation skill and Problem-solving skills to deal with clients/ regulator
- Eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High integrity and professionalism
