Process Implementation and Change is an important function of IWPB helping to achieve global and local strategic goals through project delivery. The team consists of Business Analysts, Testing, and Change Management, and works on projects to improve efficiencies and sustainability within IWPB. The team works closely with key stakeholders across IWPB’s divisions, as well as the Transformation and Technology team.

This role is at Change Manager level and will be responsible for managing end to end planning of change management delivery on multiple small to medium sized initiatives across IWPB. This role sits within a Change Management team, where Senior Change Managers and a Change Manager to various projects based on their size and complexity. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the project team to identify and manage stakeholders to ensure effective engagement of the business for the project and change deliverables 

     

  • Complete in depth change impact assessment to ensure the impacts of any initiative on our people are clearly articulated and understood 
  • Utilise the information from the change impact assessment to create clear plans that articulate the staging of change management delivery and ensure stakeholders across the business understand the change and proposed change management interventions
  • Liaise with internal teams and implementation front doors to ensure successful delivery of change management solutions and to negotiate windows for delivery 
  • Design and deliver communications, training and other support material in consultation with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the project outcome and business needs. This will involve hands on execution of communications, training and other support materials or collaborating with other internal stakeholders and teams to ensure delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Change Community by attending events, providing feedback, sharing experience/knowledge and supporting the development and improvement of the Change Community’s ways of working.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field or PROSCI with experience in end-to-end management of organisational change initiatives as a Change Manager.  

  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a complex organisational structure where there are competing priories 

  • Proven track record of writing communications and creating training and other support materials for a broad range of audiences including leaders, the front line, operations and support functions.

  • Ability to deliver successfully in an ambiguous environment where timeframes for deliver and/or solutions frequently change 

  • Domain and product experience within financial services, or related industries.

     

  • Hands-on experience of agile ways of working and human-centered design/design thinking.

Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
