What you’ll do:

  • About 5+ years of experience working on Technical Analyst role on SAS /on-prem products of Corporate Governance in banks.
  • Capturing, analysing and documenting of IT process (including Business processes)
  • Good understanding of Data base design using PL SQL , Data Models.
  • Expertise in software installation & deployment on Windows Server .
  • Windows expert with good knowledge on logs management and automation mindset.
  • Worked on writing & maintaning API for data integration.
  • Strong ITIL skills – Change/Incident management.
  • Assures delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project with infra knowledge and understanding.
  • Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement to release deployment – end to end.
  • Devising change interventions such as training and communication
  • Having good understanding on server compliance measures and accordingly perform Compliance checks with automation mindset to reduce overall efforts.
  • Embracing new requirements with potential to streamline the project deliverables.
  • Release lifecycle management, Reporting skills
  • Project documentations.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the right mindset to find logical solutions to problems and manage to resolution
  • Good functional knowledge & Hands-on experience on Windows server.
  • Automation mindset and good hands-on with DevOps tools.
  • Windows infra knowledge, proactive energy to resolve the project scenarios.
  • Should have worked on implementations, rollouts, and customizations.
  • In addition to awareness on Agile Ways of Working and Confluence someone already aware about HSBC setup, would be preferred.
  • Should have hands-on experience of different methodologies (majorly Agile).

  • Release management, ITIL process, DevOps tools, Delivery management, Compliance
