The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical SME to collaborate with our technical lead and product owner in driving all infrastructure activities.
What you’ll do:
As an IT Service Owner (ITSO), you will manage the end-to-end performance and stability of assigned IT services, acting as the single point of contact. You will ensure services align with ITIL Service Lifecycle phases: Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Improvement.
• Ensure service stability, availability, and compliance with Key Controls.
• Monitor and enforce the effective operation of service controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve service objectives.
• Drive process improvements and service enhancements.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive service documentation.
• Lead the support team to address user queries and provide ongoing support.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL principles and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for service reliability.
• Effective stakeholder management and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to pursue root cause analysis and ensure problem resolution.
