What you’ll do:

 

  • Working with the Business and Product Owner to shape and refine business requirements from various operational financial crime teams, in order to improve the efficiency of their investigations

  • Researching the technical options for enhancing the UCM application in order to design and present solution proposal options back to the Product Owner and business teams

  • Working with the Technical Lead and Engineers within the team, throughout the Agile development lifecycle of each change, to turn these solution proposals into reality

  • Regularly playing back the results from engineering changes / Proof of Concept work, to ensure the final products & services are architecturally sound and meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Technical understanding of investigation system

  • Proficiency in technical analysis and solution design

  • Good knowledge of SQL and normalized data models

  • Technical understanding of systems development options and practices

  • Adept at presenting proposals

  • Strong negotiation skills
