Looking for an experienced Global Corporate and International Mid Market Senior Specialist to manage and grow relationships with leading domestic and multinational corporates. The role focuses on delivering holistic banking solutions, originating structured transactions, and deepening long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of large corporate and conglomerate across multiple sectors
• Act as one of the point of contacts for CFOs, Treasurers, and senior management for the portfolio clients
• Originate and structure financing solutions including bilateral, syndicated loans, ECA facilities, and daily banking solutions
• Coordinate cross-sell opportunities with cash management, trade finance, FX and derivatives
• Lead credit analysis, deal structuring, and internal/global processes
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk and client financial performance on an ongoing basis
• Identify cross-border opoortunities, and support outbound/inbound transactions, hit the target of multinational banking transactions
• Maintain strong compliance with credit risk and regulatory requirements, sanctions and financial crime risks
• Provide support for Global Relationship Manager for all functions within the portfolio needs
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• Advanced level of verbal and written English
• +4 years experience in corporate banking or institutional banking
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modelling, and structured finance
• Proven ability to originate and execute complex transactions
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
