We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Due Diligence Senior Advisory Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • To provide the internal client’s advice and guidance to satisfy the Bank’s know your customer (KYC) due diligence policies and procedures during complex client onboardings and ongoing reviews

  • Problem solving and providing solutions to internal clients to ensure that account openings and ongoing reviews are completed in a timely manner to ensure a positive client experience while protecting the bank

  • Project manage the end-to-end onboardings for ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients, providing a best-in-class client onboarding experience

  • Assist with policy and procedural implementation and trainings where required

  • Assist with process improvements for client lifecycle management (CLM) related projects or projects involving the CLM team

  • Assists with other tasks as required

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Strong working knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML), regulations and regulatory compliance within the banking and financial services industry

  • Solid problem-solving ability

  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise where required

  • Proficient writing skills for governance papers and reports

  • Minimum of a B.A. degree

  • Strong English fluency and written skills needed for report writing and comprehension of source of wealth narratives, other additional language comprehension would be an added advantage due to the global nature of clients
