The US Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic priorities of the HSBC US brand and CIB business. The function focuses on understanding our clients and identifying, developing and executing the Marketing strategy through campaigns, thought leadership, content and client engagement that strengthen the US Brand, and our Corporate and Institutional business at HSBC. This role will manage all activity within the CIB marketing portfolio, collaborating with key business and strategy teams.  It is an opportunity to align industry expertise with client needs to achieve commercial success.

As our Digital Marketing Manager you will:
 

  • Manage day-to-day with paid search agency
     

  • Regularly review performance and look for opportunities to continually optimize campaigns 
     

  • Work with paid search agency to push through changes including obtaining the necessary product and L&C approvals
     

  • Review public website data weekly for large data swings (good and bad). Escalate as needed
     

  • Pull together monthly/quarterly digital reporting
     

  • Support in read-out of results to teams and partners
     

  • Support website page optimizations with agency partners
     

  • Maintain a consistent testing schedule and report out on results

     For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $86,700 and $130,100

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Broad digital marketing experience across channels

  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of marketing KPIs and digital metrics.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Some experience with digital marketing technologies, tools, and platforms preferred: including but not limited to marketing automation, customer data platforms, account-based marketing, event management, analytics, experimentation and content management systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
