In this role, you will:

•    Maintain and improve the delivery of “superior” customer service by actively driving operational performance, (meeting PLAs, maximizing, operational efficiency and reducing operational risks). 
•    Assess the risks on each transaction in line with GTS Global Operating Procedures and Polices. 
•    To be aware of the nature of our customers’ business and FCC requirements and alert any unusual transactions, to Line Management.
•    Review all transactions holistically and fully document the rationale for decision making.
•    Facilitate adequate and timely cascading of all procedural changes to avoid noncompliance with agreed procedures
•    Ensure nil instances of sanction breach/WOLF/FCC violation received
•    Ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do both personally and as an organization by driving a customer centric culture 
•    Monitor service quality standards and set benchmarks for high performance
•    Contribute and engage in a highly motivated and skilled team, where skills and knowledge openly shared, which allows GTS to meet the business objectives.  
•    Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders such as Compliance and Relationship Managers.
•    Responsible for daily workflow tool management 

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

•    5+ years’ experience in trade finance operations
•    In-depth working knowledge of ICC Publications UCP600, URC522, URDG758, URR725, ISBP etc.
•    In-depth working knowledge relevant Algerian regulation
•    Demonstrated ability to manage communications with highly demanding, high-value clients
•    Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in an ever-changing environment
