We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Executive Assistant for Head of Global Payments Solutions.
Responsibilities:
In this role, he/she is responsible to deliver day to day business and administrative support to GPS team and provide executive assistance to Head of GPS in their daily work. The role will also focus on working closely with different stakeholders and coordinating with colleagues across the world.To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Indonesian Citizen only
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in dealing with different stakeholder at all levels
- Proven ability to work collectively in a team
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Proactive and has ability to work independently.
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
- PC skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as the core HSBC approval systems
- Language: Fluent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia required
- Prior working experience as personal assistant or department secretary
