We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Forms Management Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact and SME for all updates, projects, issues and queries related to business forms
  • Coordinate with various teams and business units to manage all cases related to creating or updating all forms
  • Manage and review the form library to ensure that documents are up to date and fit for purpose
  • Participate and provide support in the preparation of update reports, quality procedures, audits, status reports and project plans
  • Initiate novelty projects to encourage cost savings, sustainability and accessibility
  • Support work improvement and paper saving initiatives
Requirements
  • Good understanding of front line and backend banking operations, tool and systems so as to support business requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat DC, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of JavaScript would be a plus
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills
  • Strong decision making and problem solving ability
