The role is within the Client Lifecycle Management and Servicing area, which is part of the Private Banking and Asset Management providing IT solutions to support KYC, clients Onboarding and client reporting. 

We are looking for a highly effective, client focused Business Analyst with experience in managing delivery as well as in requirements analysis and testing.

The role holder will be expected to analyze and define the implementation of the Client Lifecycle Management products, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to identify, assess and analyze business needs.

What you’ll do
    • Work with business and Transformation to gather, review and optimize business requirement.
    • Production of detailed specifications to allow business requirements to be understood and delivered by the engineering team.
    • Bridge and minimize the gap between business team, Product Owner, engineering and a variety of end users for the whole project life cycle, to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal control standards and external regulatory requirements.
    • Acquire & maintain knowledge in various areas of Client Lifecycle Management and actively participate in knowledge sharing.
    • Test delivered IT components and working with the development team to resolve any identified defects.
    • Assure delivery through the entire life cycle of the project of user requirements through to live

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Solid knowledge on Client Lifecycle Management including KYC and client onboarding activities
    • Excellent in written and spoken English and can communicate comfortably in full English environment.
    • Excellent analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to dealing with new disciplines/projects and dig deeper into relevant business and IT knowledge.
    • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specification that can be understood by engineers.
    • Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
    • Knowledge and experience on Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, LEAN) as well as SAFE framework experience
    • Knowledge in DevOps practices such as Test Automation, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
