  • Shape clear problem statements, define scope, assumptions, dependencies and success measures.
  • Identify and manage stakeholders; plan and facilitate workshops to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Produce high-quality analysis artefacts including stakeholder maps, workshop outputs and requirements catalogues.
  • Document current state (“as-is”) processes and design target state (“to-be”) process maps with controls and governance considerations.
  • Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria that delivery teams can implement.
  • Support prioritisation and backlog management, ensuring requirements are traceable from need to delivery and outcomes.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk and Product to validate solutions, manage change impacts and support implementation readiness.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • Proven experience as a Risk Governance SME; TPRM experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex governance and risk requirements into practical, implementable deliverables.
  • Experience producing BA artefacts: problem statements, scope, stakeholder maps, as-is/to-be process maps, user stories and requirements catalogues.
  • Confident workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a focus on measurable outcomes (metrics/KPIs/KRIs).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced programme environment with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
