Our work includes developing new mobile apps and online experiences; using digital messaging to build the relationship with our customers; building and improving the underlying technology and security platforms; and innovating our propositions to take advantage of new innovation.

What you’ll do
    • Own and run CxAPI, the core content delivery API that securely exposes curated content to multiple consuming applications (e.g., MobileX, North Star, DSP) with consistent contracts, versioning and backward compatibility.
    • Maintain and support reusable content components and templates that are consumed by PWS (Public Web Site) across 30 markets, ensuring localisation readiness, consistent rendering and reliable delivery at scale.
    • Enable digital journeys through forms, supporting multiple product and enquiry flows end-to-end (content, configuration, validation, integration points and operational support).
    • Deliver and operate customer-facing tools, including calculators and product comparison capabilities used across iWPB (International Wealth and Premier Banking) businesses, ensuring accuracy, performance and availability.
    • Provide production support and operational assurance for all the above capabilities, including monitoring, incident triage, defect resolution and release support to keep channels running smoothly across markets.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Strong hands-on experience with AEM on-premise 6.5 (2+ years).
    • Familiarity with AWS and Terraform.
    • Practical experience using AI developer tooling, such as Copilot and Claude.
    • Scripting and automation skills, including Groovy and Python.
    • Solid API integration experience, particularly with REST services.
    • Experience with HTML and JavaScript.
    • CI/CD pipeline experience, using tools such as Jenkins and SonarQube.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to work effectively across teams.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 17 484 PLN - 26 225 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
