Global Trade Solutions Department (GTS) is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.
Today, HSBC is the leading international trade bank and GTS sits as part of Commercial Banking. We support customers’ right through the trade cycle, from raw materials – to manufacturing and shipment - to discounting and collecting invoices. We do this by working with Commercial Banking and Global Banking relationship managers, providing solutions appropriate for the customers' need. 
The jobholder will work in Global Trade Solutions Services centre, being a part of Wholesale Operations department and cooperate with other areas of the Bank to ensure successful execution of their goals.

What you’ll do
Main objective is to work in the team processing guarantees (issuances, amendments, early cancellation, claims) for EU.
Review of customers’ guarantee applications, by ensuring that they comply with bank policies and regulations.   
Checking reports related to Trade products.
Ensuring that we always focus on providing first class customer service for all trade products. 
Delivering high quality contact with business partners. 
Complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per process targets.
Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per the Service Level Agreements.

What you need to succeed in this role
Knowledge of Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees, version 758 2010(URDG), International Standby Practises ISP98. 
Practical knowledge in Guarantees field issuing/amending/early cancelation/claim examination of the guarantees. 
Practical knowledge of Swift Standards regarding Trade transactions. 
Proficient English and other European language.
Self-motivated work attitude which will allow working independently on job position.  
Very good communicative skills. 
Desire to achieve and go beyond targets.
Strong analytical skills, attention to details.

The pay range for this role is 9684 PLN - 14525 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
