Your career opportunity
Payment Operations provide services for various payments products around the globe, with offshore presence in China, India and Poland. Krakow’s operations focus mainly on European Markets, with language dependencies.
Assistant Vice President – Payment Operations will be responsible for managing multiple team within Payments Business Service, providing support to Business stakeholders, local management and operations teams.
What you’ll do
- Handle all queries accurately to achieve agreed quality standards and targets
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Identify and escalate potential showstoppers
- Proactively escalate to the Line Management any issues / transactions that would impact service delivery or potential loss to the bank
- Respond to mails/queries related to process timely with a cc to the Line Manager
- Act as a team worker
- Proactively escalate to the line management any issues/ transactions that would impact service delivery or potential loss to the bank
- Support for business partners, acquire and update knowledge on procedures and products
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Strong Relationship building skills and attention to details
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good team player
- Computer literacy
- Fluent English, German as an asset
- Professional experience in shared services environment would be an asset
- General knowledge of Payments and SWIFT communication channel would be an asset
- Knowledge of any other language would be considered as an asset

The pay range for this role is 7634 PLN - 9500 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
