Join the IWPB Transformation Portfolio Services Management team, which oversees governance and delivery of the change portfolio and provides portfolio management support across programmes, projects and value streams. As a Risk Impact Assessment Manager, you’ll strengthen risk oversight and governance by delivering clear, accurate reporting and data-driven insights, improving control indicator performance, and supporting teams to proactively manage Risk Impact Assessment activity.
What you’ll do
• Produce the IWPB Risk Impact Assessment Key Control Indicators dashboard and related performance metrics and analytics to support oversight and governance.• Investigate and resolve information discrepancies and data inaccuracies with relevant teams, including Group IEO, other IWPB portfolio teams and Value Streams and Sub Value Streams.• Produce look-ahead lists to help Value Streams and Sub Value Streams prevent potential Risk Impact Assessment Key Control Indicator breaches and stay within IWPB thresholds.• Perform weekly bulk creation of Non Financial Risk tickets in Jira based on completed Risk Impact Assessments in Clarity, responding to queries and following up updates.• Perform analysis of active risk management across Value Streams and Sub Value Streams and provide insights to support timely management action.• Perform weekly bulk update and upload of Level 1 to Level 3 Non Financial Risks from Jira into Clarity for Enterprise Risk Management oversight, responding to Group and Enterprise Risk Management data requests.• Conduct Risk Impact Assessment data quality checks and remediation, following up with Value Streams and Sub Value Streams to drive improvements and sustained accuracy.• Act as a key point of contact for Risk Impact Assessment tooling and process queries, liaising with the IWPB tooling team, Group IEO tooling, IT support and other relevant stakeholders.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable conclusions.• Experience producing governance reporting, dashboards, metrics, and performance analytics for senior stakeholders.• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing bulk updates and reconciling data between systems.• Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, able to work collaboratively across teams and functions.• Clear and effective communication skills, including audience-specific report writing and the ability to handle queries confidently.• A self-starter mindset with high drive and motivation, comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.• Working knowledge of risk management concepts and or a risk framework, with a focus on strong oversight and control discipline.• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and familiarity with Clarity and Jira, plus agile delivery experience is preferred.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 15109 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
