HSBC’s end-to-end Securities Services: make it easier for our customers to navigate today’s international financial markets. From Krakow, we support the entire securities life cycle on every single step.

What you’ll do
- Responsible for accurate securities processing including reconciliations, cancellations and controls.
- Accountable for investigations of open trades.
- Monitor various system interfaces.
- Ensure efficient communications with Business Partner and other stakeholders.
- Provide high quality services to customers.
- Have good financial products and process knowledge.
- Support less experience colleagues by providing training and advice in more complex tasks.
- Frequent work quality checks.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- At least 1 year of professional experience working in Securities Services
- Good English language skills B2,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage several applications,
- Ability to work under time pressure,
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
- Strong teamwork skills.
