Global Banking & Commercial Banking have chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the core customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which is live across 50+ countries. 

The Software Engineer acts as the technical lead within development team under the Technology division. This role is responsible for enabling the team to deliver high quality products and services while continuously driving technical excellence and improvement. Role responsibilities include technical leadership, team management, quality assurance, process improvement and collaboration and communications. In essence, you will lead the technical team and serve as an Agile Lead, managing a small Scrum team to ensure that engineering projects are delivered successfully while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

What you’ll do
    • Participate in effort estimates, technical solution design, impact analysis, and due diligence.
    • Take part in sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
    • Work with the Product Owner to align with sprint goal objectives.
    • Ensure all team activities adhere to relevant data standards and data controls.
    • Be accountable for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework.
    • Be accountable for the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team.
    • Review implementation, identify gaps and technical debt, and help plan/execute timely resolution.
    • Engage with the development and test teams to identify root causes of quality issues and help improve quality over time through best practices.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • At least 9+ years of experience in project implementation using the Microsoft technology stack.
    • Experience with successful implementation of Power Platform and Dynamics CRM.
    • Proven track record in providing architectural solution designs for Dynamics 365 solutions tailored for Cloud.
    • Strong background in using the CRM SDK to interface programmatically with Dynamics CRM.
    • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 administration and deployment strategies.
    • Experience implementing Azure DevOps for a successful and reliable CI/CD pipeline.
    • Excellent C# and JavaScript programming skills.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience guiding a technical team to achieve timebound, quality delivery.
