Third Party Management (“TPM”) is a first line global function responsible for developing the tools and processes to enable the Bank to be compliant with the Group Third Party Risk Policy and relevant regulatory expectations. To achieve compliance with internal policy and regulatory expectations, HSBC has built technology platforms and risk assessment processes in the 1st line to undertake the assessment, due diligence, monitoring and assurance of Third Party Risk.
What you’ll do
• Provide direct support to Business and Functions who operate via respective Legal Entities (LE) in the region.
• Help develop, maintain, and implement regional Central Managed Service model (CMS) aligned to risk and controls. This will be achieved by constant support in development of regional Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and underlying documentation including templates.
• Create input to Confluence page in relation to trainings required to educate and reach proper level of maturity for all stakeholders involved in TPM process. This will cover ServCo related roles as well.
• Support respective LEs in ensuring operational compliance to regional SOP by triggering required tasks according to engagement lifecycle.
• Lead or be involved in remediation activities to enable TPM compliance, actively involved in understanding regulatory and group policy requirements and adjusting any available regional tools to achieve regional lenses.
• Partner with GBGF colleagues to drive change and advocate for TPM related subjects. Deeply involved in regulatory programs and cascade respective expectations to Les in the region.
• Interface proactively with the regional representatives from GB/GF to oversee ongoing ad- hoc initiatives and challenge all overdue metrics and those impacting our key operating controls.
• Lead team of dedicated professionals making sure that work is allocated accordingly, and targets are met. The role holder will work with service recipients to establish and properly monitor work delivered by CMS team using ServCo process for performance monitoring.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Proved track of operational and people management.
• Third Party Risk Management experience is desired but not essential.
• Experience of Data handling, MI and Reporting and Excel is required.
• Experience of project and change management is desired.

The pay range for this role is 14 308 PLN – 16 800 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
