Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our debit card product line. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial, technical, operational, marketing, regulatory, legal, and brand-related aspects to manage the product lifecycle from end to end. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader capable of driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the end-to-end development of new features for debit card product, from ideation through launch and post-launch enhancements.
  2. Drive operational process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service levels across the debit card value chain.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact (focal point) for brand partners, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders such as Operations, IT and Business.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, working closely with compliance and legal teams.
  5. Monitor product performance using KPIs and metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.


     
Requirements

Requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the debit or credit card or broader financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, technical, operational, marketing, regulatory, and brand management aspects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – a must.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Available to travel between offices in Mexico City and Toluca.
  • Time availability for incident management and new feature certification.
