Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our debit card product line. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial, technical, operational, marketing, regulatory, legal, and brand-related aspects to manage the product lifecycle from end to end. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader capable of driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of new features for debit card product, from ideation through launch and post-launch enhancements.
- Drive operational process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service levels across the debit card value chain.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (focal point) for brand partners, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders such as Operations, IT and Business.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, working closely with compliance and legal teams.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the debit or credit card or broader financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, technical, operational, marketing, regulatory, and brand management aspects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – a must.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Available to travel between offices in Mexico City and Toluca.
- Time availability for incident management and new feature certification.
