What will you do:
The HR Intern will play a vital role in supporting the HR team across a range of activities, including HR administration, benefits management, employee well-being initiatives, recruitment processes, and organizational procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to the smooth running of HR operations and the overall employee experience.
In this role you will:
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the preparation and distribution of key HR documentation (Contracts, letters, onboarding materials).
- Help coordinate HR communications and respond to routine employee queries.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programmes, including enrolment, changes and data analysis.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of well-being initiatives, such as workshops and surveys.
- Assist with the review, documentation and organisation of HR procedures and files for consistency and compliance.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
