We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of: Implementation Lead – Cash Equities Replatforming

Cash Equities Product team solve some of the most interesting and complex challenges in the financial industry to help our global business and its customers succeed. Product Owner function owns the roadmap for creating business value and drive the changes to meet business outcomes. It’s a global team based in Europe, Asia and US facing all the business functions including trading, regulatory, Operations, Product Contral and various functions.

The Cash Equities Replatforming Implementation Lead will work closely with the Project Management team to oversee the implementation of the Future State Architecture by working closely with all the product owners, business functions and technology teams. We work with all the bank functions including trading desks/Compliance/Product Control etc. It is our role to ensure smooth delivery of challenging and complex tasks wherein we bring in our SME knowledge as well as delivey co-ordination skills to the forefront.

In this role you will:

•    Be responsible for the implementation of the functional components as part of a global replatforming imitative for the Cash Equities business.
•    Collaborate with the project management team, trading desks, technology teams, and other functional stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and migration of the trading platform.
•    Be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing current and future processes, create implementation plans, overseeing implementation, ensuring all business readiness tasks are completed, and ensuring that the new platform meets business and regulatory needs.
•    Shape and lead the implementation and delivery of the complex replatforming ensuring business readiness, including pragmatic application of programme management methodologies, use of a clearly defined delivery roadmap and robust financial and risk management.
•    Continuously evaluate the project for financial and people risk and regulatory compliance and takes appropriate steps to mitigate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•    In depth front to back Cash Equity knowledge is highly advantageous, with proven programme management exposure and experience of delivering large scale change is paramount
•    Knowledge of market securities and the trading lifecycle is key, with excellent analytical and task management skills and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders front to back
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines, an individual who is able to operate as part of a team lead or independently as required
•    Can work flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work with a proven track record in building trusted relationship and demonstrating the ability to influence across business/technology and at various levels
