We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Insights Lab Strategist - Wealth and Premier Solutions.
Principal Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional and HK Head of Insights Lab, as the role holder, you will play an important role in defining and delivering our strategy of being the number 1 Wealth Management franchise. Insights Lab delivers the best of WPS product content to clients digitally, enabling scalable client engagement, to drive growth of WPB in both Private Banking and Retail Wealth segments.
In this role you will
- Develop and manage digital journeys of delivery of Investment Insights to WPB Singapore and Private Bank Singapore clients
- Commercialize Investment Insights by driving investment product sales, augmenting Relationship Managers coverage of clients
- Ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation
- Adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures
- Be expected to consistently display the behaviours that form part of our values and culture and adhere to risk policies and procedures of the bank
To be successful you will need
- Familiarity with wealth management products, sales journey, advisory / point-of-sales process
- Ability to write and / or review a punchy sales pitch
- Familiarity with digital product development and management
- Experience in mobile applications journey design, conversational banking, Generative AI would be an advantage
- To be a team player, to develop strong partnership with WPS CIO, Product Desks, Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors to drive business outcome. Win as a team
- Experience in wealth management industry.
- Experience in working with offshore team would be an advantage
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
