Join HSBC Global Payment Solutions (GPS) as part of our Enablement management group, within our Client Implementation team. At HSBC, our GPS Client Implementation & Integration team are dedicated to enhancing client experiences and driving growth through seamlessly onboarding our cutting.edge Global Payment and Liquidity Solutions.

The role of the Enablement management group in Client Implementation is key to shaping global and local client relationships by managing multiple payments and liquidity projects to successful completion. You’ll be at the forefront of maintaining GPS products for existing to bank clients, ensuring seamless transitions, driving satisfaction, and supporting excellence.

Main activities:

  • Provide support on maintenances required for existing to bank client base, utilising your knowledge of Subject Matter Expert (SME) Payments, Liquidity, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Regulatory Solution.
  • Coordinate Product and Channel fulfilment by ensuring that products and services are delivered in accordance with the scope outline in the Statement of Work.
  • Support proactive project management methodologies and organisational designs to assist in managing multiple client projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager
  • Own client communication throughout the project lifecycle and beyond on simple Existing to bank (ETB) projects. Assist in client communication throughout the project lifecycle and beyond on complex ETB projects.
  • Ensure every client is able to operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations are met before a project is completed.
  • Assist in streamlining documentation process using tools like GDOCs to ensure accurance and timely delivery.
  • Provide timely updates to the Project team and deal initiator on the status of all activities, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the process and verifying project set up ahead of providing confirmation.
  • Continuously adapt to balance and prioritise different demands of the team.
  • Being up to date with product and technical developments to support the most appropriate customer solution.
  • Maintain a balance approach to work and life, even when under pressure.
Requirements

  • Business Proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree 
  • In building effective cliente relationships and stakeholder management
  • Ability to own end to end project management on simple ETB projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of GPS Products and Services.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation creation and validation processes.
  • Previous exposure to project management task or relevant qualifications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ability to manage competing deadlines effectively in real-time.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
