Legal Counsel

In this role you will:
- Provide legal advice, guidance and support to HSBC Bank plc Israel branch business lines (Innovation Banking, Corporate Banking and Markets) and support the management of legal risks.
- Provide legal advice and support to complex financing transactions.
- Support and Draft of commercial agreements including agreements with service providers.
- Provide legal support to HSBC Group with regards to Israeli clients and the impact of Israeli laws and regulations on variety of activities.
You should apply if you have:
- Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent communication and written skills in English & Hebrew
- 3 - 5 years' experience as Israeli lawyer in a legal department of a bank or in a Commercial/High-Tech/Banking department in a large law firm.
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial, Corporate or Banking law
- High level of legal drafting in Hebrew and English
- Experience in financing transactions - an advantage
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills, strong team player
